Hi, I’m Buddy. I weigh about 57 pounds and came to the shelter when my owner had to move and couldn’t take me along. I can be a little nervous here, especially around loud noises, but I warm up quickly once I feel safe. I’m a perfect mix of active and laid back — I love to play, especially with squeaky toys, but I’m also happy to relax and cuddle with my people. I’m friendly, gentle, and calm, with experience around kids of all ages. I walk well on a leash and I’m both house-trained and crate-trained. I get along well with other dogs and enjoy being around people and animals alike. With a loving home, I know I’ll settle in beautifully and be a loyal, affectionate companion.
